HOW TO USE STELLAR KES PORTAL

1 Click Tab “CREATE ACCOUNT”
  • 1. Click Tab “CREATE ACCOUNT”
  • 2. Complete Form on with all correct information as this would be used to create your invoices.
  • 3. Please remember your User ID and Password for Login once your account is verified
  • 4. Your account will be verified as soon as your DA confirms the same. An account activation mail will be forwarded to the franchisee for the same.
  • 5. Please send your acceptance of KES Terms and Conditions.
  • 6. Franchisees with multiple stores need to create multiple accounts on KES Portal.
2 REGISTERED USER – LOGIN
  • 1. Enter User ID and password on home page
  • 2. Click on “MY ACCOUNT” to edit your details and password as and when required.
3 Fill Out Shipping Information
  • 1. Click on “PRODUCTS” Page
  • 2. Products are categorized under MAIN CATEGORY ≥ CATEGORY
  • 3. SKU’s are broadly categorized as 
    •     a. DÉCOR RANGE
    •     b. SMALLWARE
    •     c. MISC
    •     d. LARGE EQUIPMENT (FOH)
    •     e. LARGE EQUIPMENT (BOH)
  • 4. Use your Draft PO / Full Set Drawing to look up the items to be added in your cart
  • 5. It is not possible to save the items added on your Cart, therefore please finish the ordering list in one go.
  • 6. After finishing a List , Remember to add Store No and click on “CHECK OUT”
  • 7. Once the Order has been “Checked Out”, no revisions can be done.
  • 8. Any Order abandoned before “Check Out” will not be saved.
  • 9. You may however, place multiple Orders for one Store in case you wish to resume ordering after a certain point.
